The FMC800 device supports a collision detection feature, enabling user notification in the event of a car accident. Utilizing data from the accelerometer captured during the collision, it is possible to visualize the angle and measure the force of the car impact. This can be useful in insurance telematics solutions. The device supports various low-power Bluetooth sensors, beacons, hands-free kits, firmware updates, and configuration via Bluetooth.
